HEBBERT HORSES
Horses are an integral part of our ranching operation. We raise some of the horses we ride and also purchase young horses to train.
R.M. ‘Mose’ Hebbert honored as a 2016 AQHA Cumulative Breeder
Each year, AQHA honors breeders who have dedicated their livelihoods to maintaining the integrity of the American Quarter Horse. These horsemen and families see their biggest accomplishments and proudest moments in the horses they breed.
This year, the honorees include 21 cumulative award winners. Cumulative breeders are those who have registered at least one foal for 50 years cumulatively.
“It’s our honor to recognize the breeders who are the backbone of AQHA,” said AQHA Executive Vice President Craig Huffhines. “They have kept the tradition of the American Quarter Horse alive through their knowledge and dedication, and ensure that the success of the breed will continue for many generations to come.”
AQHA 50-year breeders were honored October 24, 2016 at the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum in Amarillo.
